2002年、11歳の時にアメリカ・アラバマ州でヴァン・ブシュネル師範の指導のもと合気道を始める（中道会合気道連盟・養神館）。2015年に京都に移り、参同会合気道京都（合気会公認道場）の岡本洋子師範(7段）とクリストファー・ムリガン師範（7段）のもとで集中的に稽古を積む。22年以上の武道経験を持ち、合気会と養神館合気道の両方で黒帯3段を取得。三道会合気道京都の子供クラスを7年以上アシスタントとして指導しています。

Robin started Aikido in 2002 at the age of 11 under the instruction of Shihan Van Bushnell in Birmingham, AL, USA (Chudokai Aikido Federation, Yoshinkan). In 2015, she moved to Kyoto, Japan, to train intensively under Yoko Okamoto Shihan (7th dan) and Chris Mulligan Shihan (7th dan) of Sandokai Aikido Kyoto (Aikikai Federation). With over 22 years of martial arts experience, she holds a 3rd degree black belt in both Aikikai and Yoshinkan Aikido. She has been assisting the children’s classes at Sandokai Aikido Kyoto for over 7 years.
